Chef Dwight Sherman
A protégé of famed chef Emeril Lagasse, Sherman has been well respected in the hospitality industry since his first position within it in 2003.
Sherman’s New Orleans ties include Drago’s at the Riverside Hilton in New Orleans, and he has most recently served as the Executive Chef at Belle of Baton Rouge Casino & Hotel.
He’s an award-winning chef known for traditional Cajun and creole cooking and he enjoys fusing traditional Southeastern Louisiana fare with contemporary elements to create modern interpretations of down-home dishes.
