Clubhouse Dining Room

Enjoy dining with a spectacular view. Located on the 4th floor, the Clubhouse dining room features five levels of seated viewing for heart-pounding live racing action. This upscale dining experience allows you to feast on some of New Orleans best dishes while watching and wagering from the glass.

Chef Dwight Sherman

A protégé of famed chef Emeril Lagasse, Sherman has been well respected in the hospitality industry since his first position within it in 2003.

Sherman’s New Orleans ties include Drago’s at the Riverside Hilton in New Orleans, and he has most recently served as the Executive Chef at Belle of Baton Rouge Casino & Hotel.

He's an award-winning chef known for traditional Cajun and creole cooking and he enjoys fusing traditional Southeastern Louisiana fare with contemporary elements to create modern interpretations of down-home dishes.
