This Contest is open to individuals who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, ages 4 and up.
CATEGORIES: Submissions will be divided into four “Categories” for judging:
Lower School (PreK – 4th) Middle School/Jr High School (5th – 8th) High School (9th – 12th) Young Adult (Age 19 – 24) Adult (25+)
