Calling All Crawfish Connoisseurs! Think you’ve got what it takes to be crowned King of the Clash?
Join us Saturday, May 9th and put your culinary skills to the test at the inaugural Fair Grounds Race Course & Slots Crawfish Clash at the Track Cook-Off!
Entry fee of $200 required prior to competing. Competitors will be provided with seven (7) sacks of crawfish by Fair Grounds Race Course & Slots Staff. Competitors must provide seasonings, fixings, boil setup, and anything else they wish to use in their entry. Max of 14 competitors will be allowed to compete.
