Valid government issued photo ID is required for membership and all club transactions.
Only individual accounts may be opened. Members may not allow others to use their card.
Only cardholder, in person, may accrue points to or conduct transactions on account.
Membership, awards and benefits of the club are non-transferable and may not be combined. No redemptions for cash may be made as part of this program.
It is the responsibility of the club member to make sure the card is properly inserted into machine in order to receive points for play. Fair Grounds Race Course & Slots is not responsible for card reader malfunctions.
It is the policy of Fair Grounds Race Course & Slots not to share or sell information to any entity and to divulge records only as required by law.
Based on play, members may be eligible to receive exclusive offers and valuable information through the mail. Members must inform club representatives if no mail is requested.
Fair Grounds Race Course & Slots Player's Club reserves the right to change, modify or cancel this program.
Members' unused points shall expire following one year of inactivity.
Employees of Churchill Downs Incorporated, its affiliated companies and Fair Grounds Race Course & Slots are not eligible for membership.
Use of membership card indicates acceptance of these Player's Club membership rules and regulations. Player's Club reserves the right to revoke or deny application for the Fair Grounds Race Course & Slots Player's Club if it is determined that the individual has not complied with club rules or the intent of this program. Members may be subject to additional or revised rules and conditions. Additional rules may apply to specific promotions. Membership cards are the property of Fair Grounds Race Course & Slots and must be surrendered upon request.
Fair Grounds Race Course & Slots Player's Club reserves the right to limit the number of points or prizes a member may accumulate in one calendar year.
Misuse of the card will result in cancellation of membership and forfeiture of all accumulated points.
