Join us Saturday, November 21st and put your culinary skills to the test at the inaugural Fair Grounds Race Course & Slots Jambalaya Cook-Off!
Entry fee of $100 if enrolled by October 15th and $150 if enrolled after October 15th required prior to competing. Competitors will be provided with serving supplies, folding table and chairs. Competitors must provide all other ingredients and equipment. Max of 10 competitors will be allowed to compete.
Prizes
1st Place: $350 Cash
2nd Place: $200 Cash
3rd Place: $150 Cash
Competitors will be contacted by phone and email provided to secure payment and enrollment information. Competitors agree that should they fail to remit payment in a timely manner, their enrollment will be disregarded. Competitors who enroll prior to October 15th must remit payment by October 15th or pay the post-October 15th enrollment fee. Competitors who are unable to be contacted will be passed over for this event.
