Homebreds Our Moneyman, Little Miss Curlin Headline Louisiana Futurity Stakes

NEW ORLEANS (Dec. 28, 2025) — Homebreds Our Moneyman and Little Miss Curlin headline the sibling $100,000 Louisiana Futurity Stakes set for Saturday, Jan. 3 at Fair Grounds Race Course & Slots. The six-furlong sprints written for Louisiana-bred juveniles at the time of entry are part of a nine-race card with a 12:45 p.m. CT first post.

Allied Racing Stables’ homebred Our Moneyman captured the Louisiana Champions Day Juvenile to earn his first stakes victory after finishing second in the Peluso Memorial. Trained by Bret Calhoun, the Mr. Money colt who broke his maiden against open company this fall at Keeneland will be piloted by Axel Concepcion.

Slated as Race 7, the boys division attracted a field of nine.

Keeping her perfect record intact, Coteau Grove Farms’ homebred Little Miss Curlin reasserted her dominance in the fillies division, taking the Louisiana Champions Day Lassie for her second stakes victory of the meet, to go along with the Ferguson Memorial. Trained by Pat Devereux Jr., the Charlatan filly will be reunited with Jareth Loveberry.

Six fillies are entered in the girls division, scheduled as Race 3.
