We are so happy to announce the reopening of Fair Grounds Race Course & Slots and the continued operation of all OTB & Casino locations. This FAQ will hopefully address some of the questions and concerns you may have in regard to the temporary closure of our properties due to COVID-19.

Q. When will Fair Grounds Race Course & Slots and our OTB Casinos reopen?
A. Fair Grounds Slots reopened Saturday, June 13 at 3PM. All 12 Fair Grounds OTB & Casinos are open, including Pari Mutuel wagering and video poker games at each location.

Q. When will live Horse Racing return?
A. Live horse racing returned to the Race Course at the start of the normal season on Thanksgiving Day; however, guests are currently not allowed to attend the races due to COVID restrictions.

Q. What if my Slot Machine (TITO) Cash-Out Voucher expired while the casino was temporarily closed?
A. We are working with our regulators to get approval to extend the valid date for any slot machine cash-out voucher that expired beyond the date of our closure.

Q. What will happen to my Slots Twin Spires Rewards club Tier Status Points?
A. We have postponed tier downgrades until July 1, 2021.

Q. Will my Slot Points or Comp Dollars expire?
A. No. If any available Slot Points or Comp Dollar balances you had as of our closure date expired during our closure, they will be made available. Visit the Twin Spires Rewards club upon reopening for assistance.

Q. What happens to my drawings entries?
A. All drawing promotions scheduled during our closure date have been canceled.

Q. How can I request my Slots W-2G?
A. Twin Spires Rewards club members who need a copy of their 2020 W2G tax form can download the form here.

Q. How can I request my Slots Win/Loss statement?
A. Twin Spires Rewards club members who need a copy of their 2020 Win/Loss Statement can download the form here.

Print and fill in the form with your complete name and address as it appears on your photo ID and a telephone number where we can reach you if necessary. Include a copy of your valid photo ID. If you have your Twin Spires Rewards club number handy, please include it too.

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for requests to be processed.
