The Boutte-Luling Fair Grounds OTB is Fair Grounds' newest off-track betting location, having opened in February 2008. The Boutte-Luling location marks the return of off-track betting to St. Charles Parish.

Hours of Operation: Sunday through Tuesday, 9 a.m. until 1 a.m.; Wednesday and Thursday, 9 a.m. until 2 a.m.; Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. until 4 a.m.
Simulcasting: 23 flat-screen TVs. Full-service simulcasting is available Wednesday through Monday afternoons and Wednesday through Sunday nights. Self-service simulcasting is available Monday night and all day Tuesday. Click here for simulcast schedule.
Video Poker: 77 machines, featuring a wide variety of games, multi-denominational games, and machines offering both $500 and $1,000 jackpots. Smoking and non-smoking areas available.
Food and Beverage: Concessions featuring a wide variety of offerings and specials for lunch and dinner.
Directions: From the west, take I-310 south until it terminates at U.S. 90 and proceed eastbound. Go 2.3 miles, and FG OTB is on the right.
From the Westwego/Avondale area, take U.S. 90 west. FG OTB is just past McDonald's on the left.
Parking: St. Charles Plaza offers ample free parking.
