The Real Game Posts Fastest Time in LQHBA Sales Futurity Trials

Willie M. Milam’s The Real Game, ridden by Danny Lavergne for trainer Edwin Ladner, posted the fastest qualifying time of 17.522 in 12 350-yard trial races for the Louisiana Quarter Horse Breeders Association Sales Futurity at Fair Grounds Race Course & Slots. The top 10 fastest Louisiana-bred juveniles from today’s trials qualified for the Sept. 24 Final, which will carry an estimated purse of $290,000.

Finishers 11 through 20 (as ranked by final time) earned automatic berths to the $50,000 LQHBA Sales Invitational, also on Sept. 24.
