Monday's Last Two Races Cancelled Due to Inclement Weather

Fair Grounds Race Course & Slots has cancelled the last two races—Race 9 and Race 10—on Monday’s program due to inclement weather. Severe rain pounded the racetrack since mid-afternoon.

Refunds were awarded for all wagers already placed on the cancelled races. Multi-race wagers that included those races resulted in consolation payoffs as follows:

RACE 9

$2 Pick 3: 6/11/ALL $17.60

RACE 10

$2 Pick 3: 11/ALL/ALL $5.80

$2 Pick 4: 1,2,5,6,7,8/9,11/ALL/ALL $15.20

$2 Pick 6: 4,13,14/1/1,2,5,6,7,8/9,11/ALL/ALL $42.20

Racing resumes Friday with a nine-race program beginning at 1:10 p.m. CST.
